Cancellation, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

NoBot ID is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings (the Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid month — you keep your badge until then. We do not charge for the next month once you have cancelled.
14-day right of withdrawal
For your first payment you have a 14-day right of withdrawal: within 14 days of the initial charge you may request a full refund of that first month for any reason, or for no reason at all.
How to request a refund
Cancel from your billing settings, or email the contact address in the imprint stating that you wish to cancel and (if within 14 days of the first charge) request a refund. No justification is required.
How you are refunded
An eligible refund is returned to your original payment method, normally within a few business days. Your badge is deactivated once the refund is issued. Months already used outside the 14-day window are non-refundable; you simply cancel to avoid further charges.
